Principal's Welcome

It is my honor to welcome you to St. Raphael School and share about the St. Raphael’s difference. As soon as you walk into St. Raphael’s, you feel the warm and welcoming environment from both staff and students. We strengthen our Catholic identity by starting each day together in Church during morning prayer. Students are engaged in prayer and faith-filled instruction throughout their day.

Our dedicated teachers and staff promote academic excellence and customized education to meet the needs of each student. We understand that each child needs to be challenged and provided opportunities to excel. Therefore, we maintain small instructional groups for reading and math and a cross-curricular approach to learning. We have signature units for each grade and complement them with field trips to make the learning come alive for our students.

Responsive Classroom helps create a thoughtful sense of community in our primary classrooms. We incorporate many opportunities for movement for our students because brain research points to extra exercise periods to support learning. We target the “whole child” at St. Raphael’s, and we are so proud of our students.  

St. Raphael is an extension of a vibrant, family-friendly parish where our pastor and priests are committed to Catholic education and support us every step of the way. From opening car doors in the morning to giving birthday blessings and celebrating sacraments for us, our priests are visible signs of the Church alive in action.
